If the company is established electronically
If a company is established electronically, an electronic signature is required. An e-signature can be purchased from a mobile provider or from the Centre of Registers on a USB drive. Establishment takes 1-3 business days. When establishing a public enterprise, establishment may take 6-7 business days.
If the company is established by notarial means
If the company is established through a notary public, we reserve an appointment with a notary and, in the presence of the company founders, we arrange all the company documents at the notary's office. The establishment process takes up to a week.

(Small partnership)
A simpler business form, suitable for smaller businesses. Minimum authorized capital 1 EUR.
